Speirs had many different assignments during his 22 year military career with the US Army though he always remained in the Infantry. Below is a list of his additional deployments which are not listed in their own sections.

Post WWII

Speirs returned to the United States after World War II on the Queen Mary which sailed from Southampton, England in January 1946. The passenger manifest listed him as Company Commander of the 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division.

Upon arrival in the States, Speirs, still assigned to the 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment is stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
